Thank you for your patience with us.

Some rewards had been shipped out except for some needing to be shipped to Europe. We encountered some issues in some of the parcels. But don't worry, all of the rewards would be shipped out before 15th August.

If your rewards have been sent out, you can see an email from Backerkit with tracking information.

Delivery time varies by region, estimated at 5 to 12 working days.

Our dice are currently in production. If everything goes as planned they are scheduled to be shipped out between August 1st and August 10th.

We are collecting the delivery addresses now. You should have received a survey email from Backerkit today. Please be vigilant for this email and ensure you provide the necessary information. It is recommended that complete the survey before July 25th.
